Please join us for our Annual Meeting and election as well as a presentation from Michael Lagana with Lerch Bates, the largest, oldest, and most experienced Vertical Transportation (AKA Elevator) consulting firm.  Michael has served as the Regional Manager going on 13 years and consulted on many projects throughout the Southeastern US, Brazil, South Africa, Puerto Rice, and the Bahamas ranging from 500 elevators to as small as 1.  He has achieved QEI/CEI licenses for national and State of Florida elevator inspections and is a member of the Lerch Bates Technical Committee and the Florida Elevator Association.  His presentation will focus on Florida elevator code, establishing & managing elevator expectations internally and externally, capital planning tips and best practices, and an open discussion/question period.

It looks like we are in for a wonderfully informational evening that will cover one of the most important systems in many buildings…  Our Elevators.  We look forward to seeing you there.
