The Building Association Managers of Volusia County, Inc (BAM) is a group of licensed community association managers (CAM) and business owners/operators (Associates) that meet monthly to share information and resources as well as professional and educational opportunities that may be helpful to those working in the condominium and homeowner association industries.
CAM members are active in all phases of community management and have representative experience with everything from the smallest of commercial condominiums to master planned golf communities and amenity rich ocean front towers and everything in between. Associate members consist of a multidisciplinary group of business professionals that provide all aspects of services.
Differentiating BAM from other business and socials networks is that we are a hyperlocal organization that is specific to the great Daytona Beach area. This emphasis serves as the foundation on which CAM and Associate members build long standing personal and professional relationships between and among each other.

We are pleased to announce our partnership with HUM, Halifax Urban Ministries. HUM’s mission is to prevent homelessness among low-income families by providing emergency assistance & to intervene on behalf of homeless people. Halifax Urban Ministries is a faith based nonprofit that has served our community since 1981. Almost all of our funding is through financial donations by the local community. 94% of each dollar directly provides services to our guests. They offer homeless prevention & assistance services throughout Volusia County from HUM service centers and distributed services at 30 partner & school locations. Flagler residents may access services at their Ormond Beach locations.
Each Year, BAM supports a drive to help those less fortunate. We collect all year and the donations are picked up at our Holiday Social Event, held in December. In 2019, we collected $600 in donations and BAM proudly donated $500, bringing our total to $1100!. This was all on top of the box truck we filled again!! Thank you to those who kindly donated and those who help our community throughout the year!
